Automotive Office Manager Job Opening in Durant, Oklahoma - The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative and financial activities of the dealership and reports directly to the Dealer. The Accounting Manager is responsible for dealership accounting, monthly financial statements, general office procedures, training and supervising accounting staff. Requirements Minimum 3 years of dealership accounting experience
Undergraduate Accounting degree preferred but not required
Proficient in Excel
ADP/CDK DMS experience preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of dealership forms, financial statements, regulations and laws governing dealerships
Strong ethics
Integrity
Dependable
Duties: Posting accounts
Analyzing accounts and financial records
Reconciling accounts
Payroll Management
Financial statement preparation and review
