Gaming Arts, LLC is the world leader in bingo and keno games and technologies. The Account Manager position provides an opportunity for a go-getter to apply both sales and customer service skills within a growing and innovative company.
Position Overview: Effectively represent Gaming Art?s products by developing new customers, maximizing sales and product performance from existing customers, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities: These include, but are not limited to:
Develop and implement a sales plan to maximize sales and product performance from existing customers.
Plan sales activities and keep effective records of those activities and follow up action items.
Provide sales reports as required.
Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product mix changes per customer that will maximize performance.
Think critically and creatively to identify opportunities and execute on those opportunities and to solve customer issues.
Be the eyes and ears of the company.
Work closely with senior management to provide a team-oriented approach to satisfying customers and maximizing the market return for the company.
Employment Standards:
Required Education : Bachelor's
Required Experience :
1) 7+ years sales experience with direct slot machine sales.
2) 5+ years solid existing relationships with casinos, i.e. GMs, Slot Managers, CasinoMangers, etc.
Preferably, but not an absolute, experience with some of the larger manufacturers.
Required Skills :
Must be a quick learner and self-motivated.
Must be highly organized, clear thinking, and able to work well both alone and with others inside and outside the organization.
Must have polished presentation and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, integrity, and demonstrated ability to close.
Ability to analyze sales data and make intelligent recommendations to improve product performance.
Travel : 60% travel.
Salary/Benefits : DOE, plus commission/bonus, health and dental insurance.
