What we are looking for: Candidate with a degree in accounting . Five years job experience required. You should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, cost accounting, general ledger, AR/AP, and payroll. Apply if you are hardworking, intelligent, and organized. Job Description: Over time you will take over as the lead from our current bookkeeper as she transitions to part time with her working as your accounting assistant. Duties include invoicing, deposits, payroll, tax payments, monthly bank reconciliations, AP, health insurance census, basic HR duties, GL updates, reports for CPA, etc.
