Inside Sales Rep Job Opening in Boca Raton, Florida - $31,000 Base PLUS uncapped commissions.
AROMA360 is a leader in the scent marketing industry and as we grow, we need to add more reps to our team! We're looking for an inside sales account executive. We are looking for highly motivated, upbeat and hard-working account representatives to join our sales team. Our in-house account representative team will be responsible for achieving/exceeding sales goals each month, identifying opportunities within the industry, and effectively working on personal growth in order to grow within the company. We are looking for independent workers who possess strong/proven telephone sales skills. You will be responsible to maintain your personal CRM. You must be diligent in making follow-up calls to maintain a strong closing ratio.
We are looking for reps with a background in hotel, restaurant, automotive, retail and/or spa sales, however, if you have a proven sales track record in another industry we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities:

-Making phone calls to warm leads and converting those leads into sales. No cold calling!
-Closing Sales. Because all leads are furnished for you ? we expect a high closing percentage
-Following through on all leads generated along with building excellent rapport
-Thriving in a team environment ? improving overall sales processes and tackling any internal obstacles
-Implementing marketing materials to effectively communicate with buyers via email through the CRM
-Being motivated to up-sell and turn uninterested customers into buyers.
Qualifications:
-Sales experience in a quota driven role in B2B or B2C sales
-Hotel, restaurant, automotive and/or spa sales experience preferred
-Ability to efficiently work in team environment
-Competitive nature, entrepreneurial spirit and independent starter with a strong work ethic and resilience handling rejection
-Strong track record of consistent documented success required
-Must maintain a high level of integrity, sense of urgency and personal motivation
-Proficient with MS Office (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
-Experience working with a CRM (ZOHO preferred)
