Designer Sales Representative Job Opening in Lehi, Utah - Title: Designer Sales Representative
Job Type: Full Time
Hours: 8:30a ? 5:00p Monday-Friday
Pay: $15 per hour plus bonuses
We are looking for someone to join our sales staff as a designer. To help prepare you to sell our cabinets, we will start you in the warehouse pulling orders, assembling cabinets, and assisting with customer pick-ups. After gaining experience in the warehouse and understanding the production side of the business, we will move you into the sales office to begin designing cabinet orders. More details of this process will be shared during an interview.
What you will do:
Receiving inbound sales calls
Assisting customers in our Lehi Showroom
Assessing the cabinet needs of each customer
Designing a layout using cabinet design software (we will train)
Checking inventory on each order
Taking payments
Scheduling a day and time for customers to pick-up
Preparing all completed order documentation for warehouse personnel to reference
Participating in monthly crew meetings
Actively striving towards monthly sales goals
What we need from you:
Good computer skills are an absolute necessity
Need to have reliable transportation and be consistently punctual
Excellent people skills and capable of making personal connections with our customers
Teachable and accepting of constructive criticism on job performance
Able to follow orders and adapt to feedback
General knowledge of basic home construction preferred
Basic math skills and able to understand home and space measurements
Clean-cut, professional appearance
