Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Salt Lake City, Utah - Overview
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a goal-driven, entrepreneurial, growth environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable on the phone, following up on marketing leads, and conducting cold calls with both retail businesses and marketing companies.
You will be responsible for finding business opportunities and creating prospects by researching, identifying and calling upon businesses that match our market requirements. You will qualify prospects, generate appointments and provide support to our outside sales team in closing sales. In order to accomplish these responsibilities, you will need to quickly learn and understand the Nova product line and communicate our value proposition to prospects.
Required Experience / Qualifications
We are looking for a person who has:
Proven inside sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quota.
A minimum of 2 years of Inside Sales experience or 2+ years of retail sales experience.
A knack for building rapport quickly and establishing trust.
Previous experience telemarketing, cold-calling, and setting sales via telephone is preferred.
A strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls each day is preferred.
Understanding of the sales cycle, with the ability to close smaller deals.
An adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated disposition; one who works well individually and as a member of a team.
High energy and enthusiasm with a strong work ethic
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
A high attention to detail, is highly motivated and organized, with a strong desire to succeed.
The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and appointment setting is preferred.
The individual chosen for this position will have a base salary (30k) plus performance bonuses to reach on-target earnings of 50K; and an attractive benefits package, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401k match and PTO.
