:
Five years full-time experience in accounting, auditing, financial analysis, or other relevant business fields.
Must have a sense of urgency and good time management skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment performing multiple tasks
Must be capable of analyzing information, exercising good judgment and following protocol and procedures, as well as abiding by company policies
Good attendance, a professional dress code, and a positive attitude are required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Check Purchase Orders and assign GL coding to process invoices
Work with vendors and Purchasing Agents for any Accounts Payable issues
Review AP invoices and process for payment
Check vendor statements
Maintain all company credit cards ? gather receipts, balance and make payments
Process handwritten checks as requested
Process employee expense reports and prepare for payment.
Set up new vendor files as needed
Process checks for payments & obtain signatures
Reconcile receipts with local vendor statements
Maintain Inventory Received but not Invoiced Report
Process vendor verification forms
Gather all 1099 information for processing
Gather expenses for any needed departments as requested
Essential Functions:
Visual acuity, speech, hearing, and hand and eye coordination required. Manual dexterity required to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to long periods of sitting with repetitive use of hands, fingers, wrists. Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs., bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, and reach.
