We have a great opportunity for a 100% commission-based Floral Sales at our Green Bay, WI customer location.
We are seeking an individual who will bring a positive attitude and professionalism to this position. This will be imperative while interacting with retail customers, as well as Store Management.
Physical Requirements include, but are not necessarily limited to:
Responding to customer inquiries and interacting with store management and personnel with professional approach and in a timely manner
Accurately preparing and submitting daily sales and inventory figures on time
Effectively multi-tasking in high volume retail environment with detail-oriented focus
At least 1 year proven successful track record in customer service, retail or merchandising
Great customer service skills.
Determination to drive sales through attractive merchandising.
High standards of cleanliness for the floral display.
Daily maintenance & care of product.
Accuracy when reporting daily sales and inventory numbers.
Responsive to customer & store inquiries in a timely manner.
Be courteous, respectful & professional at all times
