Cost Accountant Job Opening in New Albany, Indiana - Responsible for accurately analyzing financial data obtained through evaluation to determine the cost of manufacturing parts that are sold to a major automotive customer. The Cost Accountant will provide management with detailed reports for use in making business decisions, monitoring costs and provide financial analysis to monitor products costing, and cost savings, and lead in developing and verifying data relevant to cost accounting and margin analysis.
REQUIREMENTS (including educational requirements): * Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting/Finance * 3 to 5 years in Manufacturing Cost Accounting including BOM development * MRP experience * Experience with a manufacturing software platform, Oracle or similar * High level of proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products
