Job Description:
The Enterprise Sales position will explore and increase market share solutions by prospecting commercial accounts within an assigned region(s) or industry. This sales position is based in Rolling Meadows, IL.
Essential Job Functions:
· Contribute to define and develop a target market, be motivated and cooperate with the development team, create and modify company products to fit the market, develop and maintain customer relationships, provide feedback on products and enhance the business value of the solution.
· Initiate new sales contacts through networking and cold-calling to increase client base.
· Develop and implement processes to manage and service the installed base for both customer satisfaction and up-sell/ cross-sell opportunities.
· Prepare and deliver marketing presentations in person and through web delivery.
· Prepare monthly sales statistics for the Sales Department and Senior Management Team.
· Collaborate with product development engineers to prepare account strategies and plans.
· Construct and execute a thorough business plan and budget.
· Meet or exceed revenue quotas.
· Provide account insight and direction in both pre-sales and post-sales processes.
Job Requirements:
· 1-4 years of sales experience; with a minimum of 1 year outside sales experience required in the IT, Telecommunication, Mobile APP, Enterprise Software, Enterprise Solutions, Financial Services, Legal, or Healthcare industry(s).
· Excellent communication and presentation skills among a variety of audiences.
· Good at analyzing internet sales related statistics and adjust to increase sales.
· Strong negotiation and closing skills.
· Experience selling to Fortune 100 to 1000 companies is a plus.
· Experience translating technical sales material into business value added materials.
· Travel requirement 10%-25% of the time.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Sales Force.
Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000 base salary plus commission plus bonus
