Continuous Quality Improvement Manager Job Opening in San Jose, California - We are looking for a person to support our ongoing quality improvement, quality assurance and risk management. We are looking for someone who has 2-3 years of progressive experience in quality improvement within a healthcare facility. Someone who has business or financial management skills, exposure to medical field quality measurements and familiar with Medi-Cal billing. This person might have experience in mental health or substance abuse and clinical treatment, knowledge of CARF standards, Santa Clara County Drug MediCal standards, or Managed Care/HealthCare processes. It would be ideal to have a certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or even NCQA or URAC experience. It would also be very helpful to have one of the following: MFT/MSW/MPH/MBA/RN
This person would provide reports to various departments or stakeholders, educate applicable staff as well as run regular QI meetings. It would be very important for this person to remain current in Federal, State and County regulatory requirements.
