District Business Manager (sales) Job Opening in Lebanon, Kentucky - Revitalized under new ownership and management since 2014, we are an emerging leader in the field of toxicology reference laboratory services, committed to providing a client-centric lab testing model to address the growing concern of medication abuse and over-prescription. To us, it?s more than a result! We seek outstanding individuals to sell the services of our toxicology laboratory combined with resources and education for our clients.
EDUCATION
Bachelor?s degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university REQUIRED;
EXPERIENCE
Minimum two years outside sales preferably within a healthcare/pain management environment;
Demonstrated experience in successfully building a territory from the ground-up;
Existing clinical contacts in the pain management and health care field preferred;
Knowledge of physician issues such as liability, patient monitoring for compliance, quality of care;
Toxicology experience preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication and cold calling skills;
Computer proficient (Microsoft Office applications, CRM tools);
Ability to rapidly increase sales;
Ability to reflect positive attitude and disciplined work ethic;
Ability to work independently and with various teams;
Understanding of insurance and reimbursement;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Ability to understand and present technical material.
Must have a valid driver?s license, car and insurance;
Selected candidate must pass pre-employment background and drug test
Willingness to travel as needed
Description Our company is accelerating its current national expansion to capitalize on new market opportunity. This position is responsible for new account - revenue generation, territory growth and ongoing client - account management of assigned geography. Very unique opportunity selling toxicology services versus competition. Candidates with relevant laboratory, medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience in pain management will be given priority.
Major Responsibilities Include: Growth of new business through prospecting, networking and other lead generation efforts; * ; Deliver effective relationship management to existing clients while actively developing a pipeline of prospects; * ; Manage clients and build commitment from physicians and their staff to monitor patients on an on-going basis; * ; Partner with extended account team ensuring client satisfaction; * ; Execute educational programs, which provide physicians with a forum to learn about toxicology services; * ; Achieve territory goals set by Director, National Sales; * ; Adhere to confidentiality (HIPAA) requirements (patient files, personal and proprietary information); * ; Manage Onsite Specimen within territory; * ; Work within allotted budget to maximize sales.

COMPENSATION - will include a competitive salary, revenue gross commission, monthly volume bonus and competitive benefits package to the successful candidate.
