Security Manager / Sales Job Opening in Lexington, Kentucky - JBM Patrol & Protection Corp., a police officer owned and operated private security firm is looking for hire a Security Services Manager / Account Executive in Lexington. Our firm provides professional contract security personnel to several industries to include commercial, residential, retail, industrial, financial, healthcare, and educational facilities. This Manager will plan, direct, or coordinate the operations, and develop new business through direct sales, presentations, etc. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, client services and planning the overall service value for Lexington, KY.
Manage day-to-day operations of the Lexington area to ensure delivery of service value to a cost effective and productive manner.
Manage subordinate managers through direct interface and daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings.
Work with all levels of operation to identify, analyze, clarify and create solutions while creating positive opportunities for business management.
Deliver EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service with regular face to face meetings to foster the partnership approach.
Oversee and manage client contract compliance.
Manage Personnel Relations to include the recruitment, hiring, counseling, supervisor and throughout exit/termination process.
Direct departments of business, such as Operations, Customer Services, Inventory, HR, Scheduling, Office Administration and Purchasing.
Review and recommend departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with ownership, management officials, and staff members as necessary.
Monitor businesses and operations to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
Assist in directing and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
Enforce Company Policies and Procedures throughout organization.
Keep accurate records and maintain reports that demonstrate performance of both position held and subordinates.
Participate in Association Memberships in Business Related Organizations to help promote company and its position in the industry.
Assist in the sales and marketing of through development sales contacts, and issuing proposals.
Assist in developing and implementing service marketing strategies including advertising campaigns and sales promotions.
Maintain confidentially of all Company Proprietary data and information.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Previous Management in Contract Security Industry or Equivalent Industry a Plus.
2. Ability to Lead
3. College Degree Preferred
4. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
5. Computer Literate to include Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
6. Sense of Urgency with all matters involving client and employee relations
7. This position should have the ability and wherewithal to work a flexibleschedule.
