This Healthcare member services role works as an Engagement Specialist, managing a high volume of service requests supporting healthcare plan members. You will be using sales techniques to promote healthcare wellness and benefit programs, assisting with appointment scheduling, or providing general member support. This is a non-clinical position.
The job qualifications are as follows:
Minimum one year of customer service experience.
Previous outbound/inbound calling experience in a call center, medical office/clinic or institutional setting a plus.
Great computer and communication skills.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; some college preferred.
Background check and drug screen is required.
