Health Center Manager - CyFair Clinic Job Opening in Cypress, Texas - The Health Center Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance and operations of the health center including front desk, eligibility, and clinical departments. The Health Center Manager will provide process improvement activities that will promote a more efficient workflow and increase customer satisfaction at all Health Center locations assigned. All efforts must be geared towards improving patient care and the work environment. The Health Center Manager will also be responsible for providing ongoing performance measures and will work closely with the Operations Manager and Chief Operations Officer to ensure that the needs of the Health Centers are being met. The Health Center Manager is responsible for organizing and directing the work of all Medical Assistant staff while working in conjunction with the Lead Medical Assistants and Clinical Nurse Manager. The function of the Health Center Manager is to develop and maintain an environment that supports the efforts of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and other medical providers and staff. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor Degree from an accredited university required.
Master?s Degree preferred
Two to three years of previous supervisory experience.
Three years of previous healthcare or nonprofit experience highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Professional and Positive attitude and able to communicate with all levels of management and more importantly with our patients.
