Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls in a fast paced call center environment
Putting in new referrals to our customer database
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Maintain professional environment
Comply with interdepartmental procedures and policies
Meet our Customer Support Service and quality standards
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree Required!!- Entry level so recent grads encouraged to apply!
High volume call center or phone experience- Phon-a-thon internships a plus!
Outgoing and friendly personality
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
