Verify benefit eligibility
Initiate and obtain prior authorization from insurance carriers
Entering necessary billing information in billing system
Communicate with Sales and Customer Care for priority handling of patients
Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal customers
Ensure accuracy of data entry
Job Requirements:
Associates or bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred, but not required
