Branch Manager- Sales and Operations- Fire and Security Job Opening in Reno, Nevada - Description -Meeting/exceeding financial targets for branch to include: Revenue, Operating Profit, Credit Card Generation, Project Sales, and operational targets to include: Audit Scores, Inventory Shrinkage, Safety, Credit Collections-Leading and developing a branch staff to attain all targets for the in industry events such as trade shows or association to the development of business plans with the intent to increase: market share, profitability, new customer generation, vendor partnerships
Qualifications Basic Qualifications: -High School Diploma or GED-3+ years' supervising a sales or customer service team and/or 3+ years sales experience
Additional Qualifications: -Sales experience in the low voltage construction industries-Bachelor?s Degree-Industry knowledge: CCTV, IP, AV technologies, Security, Fire, as well as project sales experience-Self motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and have a team mentality-Strong work ethic, do what it takes to get the job done-approach while maintaining high business ethical standards-Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated multi-tasking capabilities-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written-Strong organization, time-management and basic math skills-Goal appearance and demeanor-Positive can-do attitude-Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
