Outbound Call Center Sales Job Opening in Rio Rancho, New mexico - Cavalry Staffing is seeking energetic, coachable, and self-motivated sales driven individuals to gain employment with a large third party call center in Rio Rancho, NM. If you are looking to not only earn commissions through a base + commission pay structure, but also looking for the opportunity to establish oneself in a growing Call Center this may be a position for you. This company has an 18 to 1 rep to manager lead ratio, those that are successful will have a great opportunity to move into managerial, training, or quality types of roles. What we offer:
Base pay of $25K plus commission.

Job Duties:
Make approx 20 outbound calls per hour
Outbound calls to previous AND existing customers
Consultative sales calls
Reactivate inactive customers
Upsell current customers on new products and promotions
Responsible for taking sale from initiation to close
Input relevant data into CRM/database
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly personal and team quotas and goals
Requirements:
Must have 1 plus years of sales experience
* sales experience a plus
Consultative sales involve meeting sales quotas understanding a selling cycle/process, earning commissions/bonuses, and up-selling
Strong technical skills and ability to explain the complex in simple terms
Ability to learn and to accept coaching and feedback
Ability to meet daily quotas and goals
Desire to grow and advance professionally
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Hours:
Full-Time shifts; 40 hours per week
Hours 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday
Schedules are determined on business needs, and may be adjusted
