The Spa Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for the reception area at the spa as well as many other tasks to keep a calm, efficient spa, working environment and assisting guests with any questions regarding services, history and products. Ideal Candidate : 1 years experience in the spa environment Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent Able to apply make-up Able to quickly problem solve as well as multi-task Extraordinary communication skills Excellent computer skills Outstanding attitude Professional dress code and demeanor Check clients in and out while handling register Retail sales experience and skin care/waxing education a bonus! Details about the position: Duties are, but not limited to opening/closing, answering phone calls, correctly scheduling appointment, confirming appointments, keeping everything clean, making sure everything is running as smoothly, greeting/bidding farewell to clients, managing inventory, problem resolution, ensuring positive experience to everyone who comes in, laundry, sending out postcards..
