Sales Representative Job Opening in San Antonio, Texas - We?re a San Antonio based software startup looking for a Sales Representative that can help to grow and improve our Sales and Services division. The individual filling this role needs to be self motivated, proactive in daily tasks, data driven, and have great communication skills.
The overall scope of the sales representative involves gaining complete knowledge of the products and services that we offer, speaking with customers over the phone, and following up with existing customers interested in what we offer.
The day to day work involves on-boarding new customers, recording/analyzing results, answering questions over the phone, and working to refine and improve our overall Sales processes for the services offered. The person hired will also be responsible for developing new inbound and outbound sales strategies, and continuing to grow the sales team.
We are a small company, but growing very rapidly! The individual hired will be a part of a growing team, and will be a huge part in the overall success of that growth. We?re not a huge company with a ton of corporate lingo and strict rules, but we do have big values.
