Yearbook and School Photography Sales Representative Job Opening in Elizabeth, New jersey - Entourage is looking for a competitive Yearbook and School Photography Sales Representative to visit schools and attract new clients. The position requires local travel within the greater Northern New Jersey region. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with potential clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
Responsibilities include:
Visiting possible new accounts in the field
Forecasting sales
Following up with potential customers
Meeting personal and team sales targets
Researching accounts and generating or following through on sales leads
Attending meetings and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
Reporting and providing feedback to management using statistical data
Tracking activity and results, and communicating same to management
Maintaining strong levels of communication between team members
Carrying out any other duties as described by management
Assisting to coordinate school photography events
Helping provide customer service support for yearbook accounts
Travel Requirements:
Visiting 10-30 schools per week in the Northern NJ territory
Attending weekly sales meetings at Princeton, NJ headquarters for meetings, training, and administrative follow-up
Flexible schedule to set own hours and a 4 day work week.
Requirements:
Sales experience preferred, including: track record of achieving quotas, familiarity with different sales techniques, and pipeline management
Any experience as a teacher or working with schools is a plus
Strong computer competency - email, internet research, google docs
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly driven and self-motivated
You must own your own car to travel to sales appointments
Represent and demonstrate company values of strong customer service, honesty, transparency, and commitment to teamwork
Reliable personal transportation
BA/BS degree preferred but not required
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Direct Marketing experience preferred
