You will connect with online customers by answering questions and setting appointments. With appointments and walk-ins, you will spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options. You will be trained in all aspects of Chevrolet automotive technology, and commit to becoming an Auto Sales expert!
The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a good work ethic. He or she must be an outgoing "people person" who is committed to starting a new career. Our Automotive Sales Representatives come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. Previous sales experience is a plus, but automotive sales experience is not required!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Connects with online customers by answering questions and setting appointments
Meets with customers, either by appointment or with walk-ins, to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
Follows up with customers, returning emails and voicemails
Conducts vehicle test drives to demonstrate industry-leading features
Completes quotes and explains financing options
Follows up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction
Generates leads through existing customer base and community networking
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous exceptional customer service experience
Previous inside, outside, or retail sales experience preferred (any industry)
Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed
Professional appearance and demeanor
Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and internet proficiency
Positive attitude and an outgoing personality
Excellent communication and customer service skills
