A Residential Aide candidate will posses a High School diploma (or equivalent). Previous experience in a residential facility (CBRF) working with the elderly along with current CBRF Certifications is highly desired. You must be able to perform all physical requirements of the job (standing, walking ,lifting, bending, stooping, etc.).
