Patient Service Representative Job Opening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin - ADVENT, an expanding, independent otolaryngology practice is seeking Full or Part Time Patient Services Representatives for our growing ENT Practice. We are an independent, innovative medical practice, founded with the goals of providing a unique type of healthcare. Our guiding principles include providing patients with the highest level of technology and medical experience available, in the most convenient, least invasive manner. Most importantly, we do so with an outward focus on providing the highest level of patient care. We currently have a location in Wauwatosa and one in Mequon. Must be able to travel to our different locations for work.
The ideal candidate must be passionate about providing unparalleled patient care. If you are passionate about outstanding customer service, we would like to meet with Patient Services Representative serves as the first point of contact to our patients who visit our clinic. The primary role of the Patient Services Representative is to provide excellent customer service and be a source of support to patients and teammates, alike.
A successful patient services representative will be expected to routinely accomplish the following:
Greet our new and established patients to our clinic
Work in our call center delivering excellent customer service to our patients via phone
Help patients completed required medical forms and registration when needed
Accurately enter and update patient information into our practice management system.
Obtain and pre-screen medical records for patients visit
Schedule appointments.
Protect and observe patient confidentiality.
Effectively manage information within electronic health record system.
Collect copays and post charges as needed
Enhance our patients experience by ensuring all questions are answer and concerns are addressed timely and effectively
Pro-actively anticipate the needs of our patients

In our search for the BEST fit, ADVENT is looking for candidates who possess the following:
2-3 years of customer service experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Medical Office and call center experience preferred
Ability to effectively interact, in person, over the phone and in-writing with patients as well as all staff members.
Ability to multitask and work easily with others
Excellent Communication Skills
