Employee Benefits Specialist Job Opening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Because of the enormous need for supplemental products created by Healthcare Reform and the shifting into a economy, Aflac and Everwell in Southeast Wisconsin now have the capacity to expand our team and are looking to bring on an additional Employee Benefits Specialist to help oversee our Business Voluntary space.
The main responsibility of this position is to be a strategic advisor to business owners and their employees. In Southeast Wisconsin, over 2,200 different businesses currently offer Voluntary Products through Aflac and we are targeting the remaining 32,000 area businesses to discuss cost-saving solutions to big problems they all are experiencing. As an Employee Benefits Specialist with Aflac, you will be expected to help transition our current clients to our new Everwell platform, in addition to being a trusted advisor to business owners as they implement our programs- delivering the Aflac promise to be there when clients need you the most.
