Director of Health Care Services (DHCS) Job Opening in Tucson, Arizona - Interim Healthcare is seeking a dynamic, experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work as the Director of Health Care Services in the specialty area of Home Health (Home Care).
The Director of Health Care Services is responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of all clinical and paraprofessional services in accordance with the core values of Interim HealthCare. Primary responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) as our Director of Healthcare services include ensuring qualified employees and contractors provide patient care and paraprofessional services in accordance with applicable law and regulations and accepted standards of care.

Responsibilities include:
Provides leadership to the staff in the compassionate care of the patient/ family unit.
Develops and motivates the clinical and paraprofessional team.
Identifies opportunities to improve the quality of patient care or client services, formulating and implementing an action plan and evaluating results.
Develops processes and executes training to successfully implement changes in patient care or client service practices.
Understanding current trends and advancements in the delivery of care in the home.
Requirements include:
Current Arizona RN license, BSN preferred
Current CPR-BLS
Current Level One Fingerprint Clearance
Five (5) years of home care experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) within the last 7 years
Three (3) years of home care experience as Registered Nurse (RN) demonstrating progressive management skills within the last 5 years
