Client Relations Associate - West Valley Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - This position is for the West Valley territory for Spooner Physical Therapy. Extensive travel is required and previous medical device and/or pharmaceutical sales is a big plus!!
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for customer service, dedication to the patient experience and building relationships with physicians and other referral sources.
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in business, marketing, health, fitness related field, or some combination is preferred
Proven relationship building and new business development
Two (2) years sales experience related to healthcare and physician marketing
One (1) year experience working in physical therapy environment or related field
Valid Arizona driver?s license and state required automobile insurance
Flexibility to travel 75% of time
Computer literacy to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
General Duties & Responsibilities:
The Client Relations Associate will maintain open communications with all Clinic Directors in the territory and Executive Team members, supporting the decision-making processes and strategic planning goals of the Company, along with the values promoted by Spooner Physical Therapy. You will be directly responsible for the development of relationships with both internal and external customers to a higher level of customer service is essential to the success of this role.
This role will collaborate with the Clinic Directors in the development of sales materials, propaganda, and public relations efforts, impacting sales efforts and the Sales Plan, and any other related events pertinent to the successful achievement of sales goals, strategic plans, relationship development, or communication efforts. Client Relations Associate will assist with production and monitoring of a variety of timely and accurate metrics impacting sales goals, including; New Patient numbers (monitored monthly), as well as Growth per Clinic and Growth per Physician (monitored quarterly), in an effort to quantify strategic goals and measure the effectiveness of Sales Plan efforts.
