Mission of the Role
Work with customers to reconcile payment on past due invoices.
Associate?s Degree or one to three years of experience in accounting or related field is desired. Experience interacting with customers and promoting positive relationships is preferred.
Key Resolution Specialist Accountabilities.
Investigates and verifies financial status and reputation of prospective customers, preparing documents to substantiate findings, and recommending rejection or approval of applications.
Establishes credit limitations on customer accounts and handles special credit arrangements and deviations from standard terms of payment.
Analyzes and authorizes customer orders that do not meet company?s credit test.
Establishes and updates customers? credit activities in SX.
Reviews Aged Accounts Receivable reports to ascertain status of resolution and balances outstanding to evaluate effectiveness of current resolution policies and procedures.
Coordinates with others, including sales personnel and personnel in company branches to exchange information and update controls.
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.
Follows all quality processes and procedures as established by Hartfiel Automation.
Operates within the intended framework of Hartfiel Automation?s mission, values, and vision statements.
