Billing Analyst Job Opening in Minneapolis, Minnesota - Haworth, a growing downtown Minneapolis media firm is seeking a Billing Analyst for an immediate full-time, entry level opportunity on our growing Accounting Team.
Responsibilities include:
Open and process media invoices for data entry.
Data entry ? enter affidavits, affidavit corrections, and clear invoices for payment.
Electronically store all needed documentation in M-Files.
Answer and investigate vendor calls (Accounts Payable).
Initiate vendor contact for any missing invoices.
Interpersonal and direct phone communications with vendor.
Give accurate account information to vendors.
Responsible for billing a range of clients.
Requirements: solid computer skills, good communication and organizational ability, 1+ years of previous experience as an Accounts Payable clerk or an Accounting Assistant, 2-year accounting degree preferred.
