Responsibilities
Work closely with business analysts and solution architects to implement best-of-class BPM solutions A conduit for Business and Developers by understanding business requirements, modeling in IBM Blueworkslive, translating it into Process Designer in accordance to BPMN standards Process decomposition, process/data analysis, optimization Identifies and enforces delivery of KPIs, SLAs and Scorecards Perform playbacks, demos Review and Oversee the Code Development and deploy BPM process flows, service the development team, manage snapshots Creating AI services, Undercover Agents, and Start & Intermediate Message events, BPEL Flows, SCA Modules Integrating BPM with messaging backbone, web services Governance including design, code and deployment troubleshooting in IBM Websphere Application server, Process serverProvide L3 Production support as a matrix role
Required:
About 10 ? 12 Years industry experience with 8+ years? experience with BPM and Integration specifically with Lombardi platform (Teamworks 5.x) to IBM BPM 8.5.6 AdvancedExperience in BPM Adoption & Best Practices around Platform, Code, Design Patterns, Program/Delivery & Migration is a mustExperience in Process Development, Process Analysis, Process Architecture, Performance Tuning, Platform customizations is desirableShould be able to effectively communicate with business and deliver business solutions in partnership with the business and development teamsExperience in BPM, SOA, system architecture and design, and software development with a focus on object-oriented architecture specializing in IBM BPM 8.x Advanced development, system design and integration is mustParticipating in all aspects of Business Process , integration and reporting using BPMExcellent analytical, problem solving, communication and technical writing Directory integrationSME in fundamentals and advanced architecture of IBM BPM Advanced product suite
