Required Skills
· Must have experience building software solutions with C#, T-SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript using Visual Studio 2013, TFS 2013, and SQL Server 2012
· Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, databases and open source software as well as the ability to mentor the team on these technologies
· Analytical skills·
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities
· Experience working with distributed solutions and service oriented architectures· Experience with all aspects of an application lifecycle ? analysis, high performance design, coding, caching mechanisms, security, encryption, state management, error logging, debugging, scalability, code reviews, development environment configuration, testing (unit/system), and support
· Strong attention to detail, communication (oral and written) and organizational skills· 3 years of software development experience· Must be self-motivated person and able to complete work without support
· Physical attendance is a requirement of the job
Preferred Skills: · 1+ years of Agile/Scrum experience
· Requirement Analysis skills
· Knowledge of OOP, OOAD, design patterns, architectural frameworks (Open Source) and UML
· Technologies Preferred: WCF, MVC, Web Services, , RESTful Services, Single Page Applications NHibernate and jQueryThe Environment
