ROLE SUMMARY
As an Outside Sales & Business Development Representative , you will play a valuable role developing business and earning clients trust by following up on regular inbound leads as well as networking, cold calling and referral collection. The ideal candidate will have proven skills gathering specific information on prospective targets to support optimal sales calls and presentations; while meeting and likely exceeding sales quotas to generate revenue. You should have a Hunter sales mentality coupled with heightened Self-motivation, great listening skills and a problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication skills are also a must to meet the unique needs of our clients and maintain an effective positive line of communication with team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Business to business sales with various products and service offerings
Strategic planning abilities to effectively capitalize on the large opportunities within the greater area
Creating and building strong business referrals, networks and relationships
Using innovative problem solving skills to meet the unique needs of our clients
Seeking out meaningful relationships with businesses built on trust and quality service
Meeting or surpassing Sales quotas and generating residual revenues
QUALIFICATIONS
2 or more years? experience with shorter sales cycles
High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor?s Degree preferred
Valid Driver?s License
