Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Snohomish, Washington - We are seeking an Inside Sales Assistant for our retail store in Snohomish, WA. Ideal candidate has knowledge of and experience with roofing products. This position would report directly to the company owner, assisting him with office work as well as customer interaction.
Successful candidates will be self-starters that have knowledge of the roofing industry, possess basic sales skills, are computer literate, possess a sense of project ownership and follow-through.
Retail & Warehouse
*Greet and consult with customers to coordinate orders, delivery, pricing and availability of products.
*Respond to customer inquiries with accurate product information.
*Pick and pack products as required by customers; must be able to lift 50-100lbs.
*Ability to "plus sell" accessories and tools.
*Ensure orders are properly input to the computer, deliveries are scheduled on time, and paperwork is completed accurately and thoroughly.
*Maintain a customer friendly environment including an orderly showroom with effective retail displays.
*Ensure that pricing and information on purchase order matches order confirmation from vendor.
*Receive and manage incoming inventory, may include driving forklift to unload shipments.

*Personable and comfortable talking with customers/vendors in person and on the phone

*Efficient with computers (Quickbooks, Excel, Word)

Monday through Friday
