Online Clothing Store Sales Associate Job Opening in North Las Vegas, Nevada - La Posh Style is seeking a part time quality sales associate who can multi-task and provide exceptional customer service. We are a growing business that is constantly improving our processes.
What You?ll Be Doing:
-- Customer service: Email and make/answer phone calls
-- Order fulfillment: Folding clothes, packing/shipping orders to customers
-- New shipments: Take inventory, stock items, and throw away boxes
-- Returned orders: Carefully inspect items and reconcile any related issues, verify/issue customer store credit, reason for return
-- Tidy your workstation after your shift
-- Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
-- Self-managed and ability to perform with minimal supervision
-- 1+ years of customer service experience
-- Well organized with excellent oral and written communication skills
-- Ability to stand for the entire 5-6 hr shift
-- No problem lifting up to 25 pounds
-- Quick and efficient learner with high motivation for success and accuracy
-- Ability to efficiently multitask with minimal errors
-- Amazing problem-solving skills
-- Strong computer skills
-- Writing and basic math proficiency
-- Focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality work and self-management

-- Ability and willingness to work any day of a 5-day, operation, 8-3

-- Experience in data entry, returns departments, apparel retail, or an online e-commerce platform -- Excited to contribute to a growing organization
