Sales Manager- Flooring Specialist Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - Hello Everyone
We are Flooring USA, LLC- Am pleased to say are the Largest Flooring showroom/warehouse in Nevada. We are a very busy flooring organization that specializes in Carpet & Hard Surfaces. We over 3000 rolls of carpet in stock, and 1 million dollars in inventory. We are conveniently located right in the middle of town of the hwy.
We are seeking an strong Sales Manager/Flooring Specialist who possess a great attitude and work ethic to oversee daily operations of showroom and warehouse. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform all essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
-A Go Getter -Must have excellent interpersonal skills and understand the importance of customer service
-Excellent communication skills are required, including both verbal and written correspondences kills as well as good leadership qualities
-Must be able to work independently, use sound judgment, and prioritize daily work load
-Must be resourceful and a creative problem solver team builder and motivator and work collaboratively within the team
-Must be able to handle multiple tasks and be extremely detail oriented
-Excellent decision making abilities good time management and follow up skills
-Manage and direct customer flow in showroom, sales order initiation and closing
Requirements/ Experience/ Education:
-Proven work experience as Sales Manager -At least 3 years experience in Management position
-Knowledge of the flooring industry
-Must be able to work full time hours and some weekends
-College or University Degree in Business Management, or Business Administration
-Sale, Sale, Sale... we need a strong sales person who is sharp! Loves customer service and who can close deals.
- Compensations is based on experience, with that being said we will pay more than industry standard for the RIGHT person!!!!
