Project Manager (Sales) Job Opening in North Las Vegas, Nevada - We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager (Sales Person) to expand our roofing and waterproofing business by managing sales and projects. This role will be a blend of going after new business and contacts as well as growing deep relationships within existing accounts so to land repeat business. The Project Manager (Sales Person) will also work with the company?s Vice President, Business Development Director and other Project Managers in order to generate additional leads and to achieve sales goals. Construction experience preferred but we?re willing to work with the right candidate. We are seeking an ambitious, sharp, self-motivated individual willing to learn and eager to start a rewarding career in the roofing industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify prospective customers (cold call/generating new leads/customers) and following leads from existing clients and from our Business Development Director.
Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate new or existing services, and solicit requests for free inspections.
Recommend services to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
Answer customers' questions about services, products, and our financing program.
Consult with clients after project completion to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Seek out and participate in networking opportunities, such as association luncheons, expos and exhibits.

Compensation: Base plus commission, very competitive compensation package, direct draws from commissions, paid mileage.
