Duties:
Monthly financial statements for retail centers/office etc.
Complete tenant initiated CAM audits
Create year end schedules and serve as primary contact for auditors
Prepare qrtrly reporting
Coordinate budget preparation
Review outstanding A/R, GL and other expenses
Qualifications:
Must have property management exp (commercial and CAM reconciliations)
BS degree in Accounting with CPA preferred
