Budget Specialist Job Opening in Baltimore, Maryland - Randstad is looking for a Budget Specialist for a opportunity in Johns Hopkins School of Engineering. This position is located near Wyman Park. This position will coordinate and oversee budgeting activities and assist with managing financial activities. This includes assisting in financial analysis regarding changes in revenue and expenditures. Will also provide assistance to the Grants and Contracts Analysts.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Skills:Essentials:
Ability to verify transactions are allowable, allocable, and compliant with agency guidelines
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to exercise judgement and solve problems
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Knowledge of SAP preferred; 3-5 years experience in accounting and bookkeeping preferred
Must pass criminal background check and laboratory drug screen
