The housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a neat, clean and sanitized environment within the guidelines or the State and Federal Regulations.
The Laundry worker performs tasks such as collecting and sorting soiled linen, loading and unloading machines and folding clean linens. The laundry worker is also responsible for counting the linen processed each day and for making deliveries to linen closets and resident rooms. Laundry workers also clean and disinfect their work area daily. The position requires workers to ensure residents linen and personal clothing items are clean, marked and in good repair.
