Marketing Rep Job Opening in seattle, Washington - Marketing Rep Marketing Representative General Summary of Duties Lab located in Kent, WA is looking to fill a full time Marketing Rep position. Under the general supervision of the Marketing Manager the Marketing Rep will coordinate certain marketing department activities and support marketing department activities by providing project or event planning, coordination, evaluation, data analysis and reporting regarding various marketing programs. Incumbent shall provide additional administrative support functions as well as be able to travel. Experience Required ? Assist with tradeshows, seminars and events ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills required ? Handle travel arrangements for marketing trips ? Assist in the preparation of formal presentations including gathering of information, selection of materials, methods, graphics, and slides, etc., in order to maintain consistency and a superior level of quality and effectiveness. ? Assist in the development of marketing literature and in the maintenance of existing material. This includes literature such as brochures and flyers as well as maintaining the firm?s website ? Develop and maintain files of potential prospects through an organized program ? Maintain an activity review system and routinely prepare reports summarizing marketing and business development activity ? General assistant to the Marketing Manager and department to reach internal goals ? Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, and to facilitate and resolve cross-functional activities and issues. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications ? Ability to lift up to 30lbs as well as assemble and prepare booth for tradeshows ? Ability to travel 25-40% ? Ability to comfortably speak with doctors and patients Education: Associate degree in a business related major and two years of experience related to marketing or event planning. Directly related experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.
