Job Description: Manages overall store sales and of store profitability on a yearly basisLeads the sales floor and drives store results through the store teamDevelopment of management and sales team to provide "Stay GOLD" customer service experienceDaily leadership by coaching and developing team on proper selling to control visual merchandising to brand standards, to ensure brand consistency that impacts the customer experience and maximizes overall business resultsEnsures the operations of the store are executedAccountable for the development of associates? product knowledge to enables high performance sellingInfluences and inspires associates to unlock individual potential for personal productivity and results; enabling to win Club Elite!Workday management for scheduling, hiring and talent for the selection and development of top talent within the store into our "MIT; Manager In Training" programResponsible for daily communications with e-mails, reports, including recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, training, development, performance management, terminations and succession planningAll of these are words and they mean a lot to us as a brand.
