Inside Technical Sales Job Opening in Winona, Minnesota - Job responsibilities include carrying out all aspects of technical sales and support to customers in a broad range of industries. Job functions are carried out through a variety of sales related processes and functions including estimating, determining product based solutions, generating proposals, quote follow-up, responding to inquiries, processing sales orders, staffing trade shows, providing customer training, and managing sales projects from inquiry to shipment and after the sale support. The job requires close contact with customers, industrial resellers, field sales managers, applications engineers, production and operations personnel, product engineers, accounts receivable personnel, and other inside sales and service personnel.
The applicant must possess the following:
Develop and maintain customer relationships
A strong technical aptitude to understand the installation and function of a variety of industrial applications. Experience with winches and cranes a plus
The ability to read and understand technical specifications and technical inquiries
The ability to write proposals and carry out professional business correspondence
Knowledge of industrial distribution and sales
A focus on serving the customer and delivering quality
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with high level of motivation
Strong communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft office
A team approach and the ability to work well with others at all levels
A sense of confidence with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
A proven record of honesty and integrity
A valid driver?s license with clean driving record
