Inside Sales Agent Job Opening in Stillwater, Minnesota - The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) is responsible for prospecting via telephone to our many lead sources, and maintaining our CRM database with relevant information.
This position has huge and unlimited growth potential. We are hiring this position as a test, and the hire will be placed in a probationary position for the first 3 months. If the ISA hits their monthly quotas, they can expect an average of $60,000 pay per year. There are many bonus opportunities for exceeding quotas that would allow up to $100,000 pay per year.
This position is not for everyone. Please do not respond if you are not comfortable making high call volume, or are not comfortable having quotas.
We recommend that the applicant have either another job for the first 3 months of this position, or have the ability to go the first 2-3 months with limited pay. This is a real estate sales position that is paid on commission, and there will be a delay before the first deals are closed.
Time Requirement:
ISA will be held to a minimum daily amount of phone calls, and weekly quota for appointments set. ISA may choose their hours to match their current schedule (between 9 am and 7 pm), but will need to meet their minimum daily requirements.
Required:
ISA must have at least 1 year of sales experience. Considerations will be made for those who have the ability to learn fast.
Must be available at least 4 days per week.

Position of Executive Assistant, Listing Specialist, or Transaction Coordinator.
