Sales Experience (2-3 Saturdays/mo) 8-5pm, $200+/day Job Opening in Los Angeles, California - ***Serious need beginning Saturday August 19th***
I work with several organizations doing sales events on Saturdays. I'm looking for 2-3 people who are available to assist with selling furniture industry goods. We work in a showroom atmosphere that we create at our customers' locations.
You will need to travel to the events around the Los Angeles area and as far out as Thousand Oaks, Palos Verdes, South Pasadena, etc.
Ideal candidates will have experience in low pressure sales and up-selling add-on's during the final transaction. Customer care is important and you must enjoy meeting and chit chatting with people. This is an ideal situation for a person needing extra income. Anyone retired who wants to do something on Saturday.
Well groomed! Basically someone 95% of the population would see as trustworthy. Most of our customers are 35 and older.
I don't want to be negative, but I really need a mature, responsible, on time, no baggage person who enjoys working with young adults and their parents. You must not have any criminal record, NO EXCEPTIONS! I will check.
Bi-lingual Spanish speaker is a big plus but not required.

Compensation is $200-300+ per Saturday.
