Sales Representative Job Opening in Anaheim, California - Position: Sales Representative ? Stone industry experience required
Best Cheer Stone, Inc., a successfully growing Company has an excellent opportunity for a motivated Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the sales activities of the company to achieve expected goals and objectives. The ideal candidate should have prior success selling high ticket construction related materials to fabricators, contractors, cabinet distributors, hospitality contractors, and property managers in a competitive market. The Sales Representative is preferred to have prior successful sales experience working in the Stone industry.
Main job responsibilities:
Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals through the implementation of daily and weekly sales tasks.
Organize and facilitate sales visits within an established territory to access customer needs and develop product solutions that exceed the customer?s needs.
Work with sales management on targeted customer accounts to achieve sales and revenue goals for the company.
Attend and participate in all industry marketing events, access new leads, and convert them into new sales opportunities.
Develop relations with multifamily project customers, educate them on BCS competitive products, quote projects, close contracts, and manage the project to completion.
Manage new and existing accounts on all levels including credit and collections.
Communicate all opportunities on a required sales reporting system and work with management to insure BCS maximizes its potential.
Develop cost effective proactive solutions and communicate them to customers when problems arise.
Cultivate effective business relationships with internal and external customers.
Key Competencies for the Sales Representative:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Has experience developing new accounts.
Prefer the candidate has sales experience within the construction industry and preferably the cabinet / stone & solid surface counter top industry in the same operating geographical region.
Has executed sales plans including monthly and annual account sales objectives.
Highly organized and has very effective time management skills.
An individual that is articulate and has good communications skills.
Strong negotiating skills and capacity.
Highly customer focused.
Strong leadership qualities both with customers and employees
Ability to follow company policy and procedures
Execute proactive thinking and problem solving when needed
Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years
Education Required: Business degree or related professional qualification
Job Status: Full Time
Compensation: Hourly, plus bonus
