Sales Executive - Energy Job Opening in Aliso Viejo, California - Charge Bliss is focused on renewable energy projects and energy management. Charge Bliss is looking for a sales person to reach out to business & building owners, facility managers, engineers, architects, and show them how Charge Bliss can reduce their reliance on the utilities and help them save money. We are seeking full time sales associates with experience in developing energy projects for commercial buildings in Southern California. Charge Bliss is an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, & Construction) provider and a licensed general contractor.
This is NOT EXCLUSIVELY a solar product. Rather, our company integrates solar as part of the solutions for sites.
Candidates must work from the offices in Aliso Viejo, CA though travel to regional business client sites in Orange County and beyond is expected. Compensation will be a combination of salary and incentive pay commensurate with candidate experience.
Salary plus:
Commission compensation without a cap. Typical project size of a full microgrid ranges from $1m - $3m
In addition to project sales, Commissions on consulting and any recurring revenue

The market is ripe. We have modeled many of these designs and currently have California government grant funding projects under contract right now.
The market is out there, but we need a ground force to mobilize and hit the streets, letting business owners and facility managers know there's a smarter way.
Ideal candidates for would have:
At least TWO years experience in sales of energy related systems such as solar, LED lighting, microgrids, fuel cells, etc.
Demonstrated ability to learn, understand, and teach customers about energy use, power, and related systems is a must.
Bachelor's degree preferred
A track record of verifiable successful sales
Be experienced in high dollar sales in fields such as commercial PV, real estate, pharmaceuticals, financial products, or other auxiliary sectors.
Training will be provided, learning curve may be steep for the uninitiated of electrical theory and engineering of renewable energy. However, it can be learned quickly.
All candidates must be Internet and web savvy (CRM, webinars, Google app suite), independent go-getters, fearless in approach and passionate for enlightening business owners/facility managers on how they're paying too much for monthly power, passionate about energy and alleviating the burden the grid has brought upon the public.
Most of all, you'll be a consummate professional looking to earn in this lucrative niche.
