Territory Sales Representative Job Opening in Elmhurst, Illinois - Since 1957, Fast Heat has been an innovative technology company helping plastics manufacturers worldwide. Headquartered in Elmhurst, Illinois with locations in France and the UK, our company is growing. Currently, we are seeking a high-energy, driven Territory Sales Representative with 3+ years sales experience to help grow our company.
Our ideal candidate will aggressively grow existing accounts, as well as develop new relationships with large multi-national packaging, automotive, and medical plants in the region.
Responsibilities Include:
Independently managing a regional sales territory, increasing market share, and developing new accounts while managing existing sales force in other territories.
Growing new business from the ground up, while maintaining and developing existing accounts.
Setting clear and measurable goals and delivering against them.
Business development of new products and services.
The Ideal Candidate will:
Have strong sales skills including relationship building and business development.
Be comfortable working with clients?both in person and over the phone? and partner with customers facing challenging issues in various industries.
Be self-motivated, professional, innovative and knowledgeable.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Additional Qualifications:
3-5 years industrial sales experience with technical background strongly preferred.
Experience with capital equipment and/or plastics industry a plus.
A willingness to travel (50%minimum).
Territory to be defined, but preference given to candidates located in the Chicago area.
