Sales Manager Job Opening in Chicago, Illinois - FUNCTIONS:
Participates in determination of revenue forecasts;
Designs sales plans in accord sufficient to attain revenue forecasts;
Keeps management informed;
Travels as required and directed by Regional Manager;
Monitors effectiveness, competence and customer relations qualities of staff supervised, taking instructional or corrective action as appropriate, and advising superior of serious concerns;
Prepares objective performance evaluations of sales and customer services representatives, discussing same in person and in detail with the evaluated employees;
Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be found by government agencies for issuance of airport ID.
Must have a valid driver?s license and a current passport. Must also be willing to travel for Cargolux domestically and internationally for business requirements.
Must have a clear driving record.
