Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Bartlett, Illinois - Global Track Warehouse one of the world?s largest manufacturers of OEM quality rubber tracks for agricultural and construction machinery as well as rubber track pads is looking for a salesperson in our Bartlett, IL office.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist over-the-phone customers with parts identification for their machine
Locate the needed parts from the warehouse closest to the delivery location
Determine the most cost- effective method of shipment by searching several LTL shipper databases
Provide customers with a complete quote including shipping in a professional and efficient manner
Order creation and order entry
Build relationships with customers
Handle initial calls on any warranties by informing customer of required next steps
Skills & Abilities:
Strong listening and probing skills in order to determine correct parts
Relationship builder- customers, warehouse personnel, LTL shippers
Professional phone manner
Ability to multi-task
Ability to quickly retain knowledge
Attention to detail
Strong computer proficiency
Spanish fluency a plus
Education & Experience
High School diploma or beyond
Previous sales experience a plus
Compensation & Benefits
$17.50 per hour
Vacation and paid holidays
